We offer Drezen sports sessions with Swissballs (a good alternative to Pilates), Nâtha yoga (adults, seniors, children, pre- and post-natal), private and in-company lessons, Power Plate sessions, workshops, on-site or outdoor training courses, and Afghan walking sessions.
