Energie Solidaire 13 or ES13 is a network of 289 activity clubs for seniors.
A wide range of activities are organized throughout the year: meals, snacks, bingo, reading, ballroom dancing, gymnastics, music and singing, sports and cultural outings, supervised by 2,599 volunteers.
Entraide Solidarité 13 has signed an agreement to manage the department's Espaces seniors. All information on the Espaces and the activities organized is available on the Department's website.
