Cap Rousset beach is located in Carry-le-Rouet, one of the enchanting little villages on the Côte Bleue. To get there, once you've arrived at the port of Carry, take the road that runs alongside the sea on the left; a sign indicates that you've arrived at your destination. The gravel beach is surrounded by rocks, on which you can also rest if the beach area is busy. The water is crystal-clear and unspoilt: fishing and spearfishing are prohibited.
In fact, the Côte Bleue Marine Park has set up one of its reserves in the Cap Rousset bathing area. The many protected fish have a field day, as do underwater enthusiasts, as this part of the Mediterranean is an excellent snorkeling spot.
The beach is supervised, and toilets are available. All that's left to do is enjoy the benefits of sea bathing in the shelter of this natural cove.
